I keep getting "The file is not rebuilt (Configuration 'Default') warning.  this is on an assembly in PDM.  I've opened the entire assembly with all components and reference files checked out.  Get error "This documents needs to be rebuilt to reflect recent feature edits or external model changes".  Check REBUILD. Get second warning " Models contained within the assembly have changed.  Would you like to rebuild the assembly now?"  Check YES.  After rebuild I rebuild all CNTRL Q.  But a reference file is still out of context.  Save the assembly file.  But when I check it in I receive the "The file is not rebuilt" warning.  What's wrong?
