I have parts with ports going through it that transmit different fluids so I have the faces of those ports color identified.  Can I get these colors to display in an assembly when a component is made transparent?

Take note, this is within an assembly.  With the individual part file I can use the "top level transparency" and I can kind of get what I am after.  Although I would prefer the red areas to be translucent also.  But how can I get the part to display like this in an assembly?
