I'm trying to set up my sheet configuration in options and have run into this.  I looked through all the other option categories and can't find anything that looks like it conflicts with this setting.

I've searched the internet and forums as best as I could but can't find an answer. Can anyone please help?

BTW, it's also greyed out under Annotations in the feature manager tree.
