I can't install my product!!!!

After a few minutes from the beginning of instalation, this message ir shown: " The Installation Manager detected a serious error.  Check the log files and contact Technical Support.  If you have installation problems and contact Technical Support, you should provide the installation log files that are available in this directory. Use the following button to save those records as a zip file to send later to the support representative". I have saved those records, but i don't know what to do.

I've uninstalled correctly SolidWorks 17, because it was running too slow. I´m trying now with the 2019 version.




(I have Windoows10, Corel i7,  and a correct serial number.)
