My fonts are absolutely tiny. I searched everywhere. Fonts are scaled to 150% in Windows 10 on the personalize menu.
32" Monitor at 3140x2860
Try settings in Ease of Access.Drag the top bar to change font size.
Try not to scale display.
Can you just adjust the resolution down a little? 3840 x 2160 is extremely sharp on that size display IMO. I use that resolution, but at about 102 pix/inch or ~ 0.249mm pixel pitch, which is very close to a 22" at 1920 x 1080.
Just a thought
Is your 4K display your primary monitor?
When SOLIDWORKS starts, it scales according to the DPI setting of your primary display, which is determined when you sign into Windows. If you make the 4K display your primary monitor, sign out of Windows, then sign into Windows again, then SOLIDWORKS will scale for the 4K display.

SOLIDWORKS User Experience
Changing the font size using Windows changes it for every application. Solidworks is the only application that appears so small it cannot easily be read. The Solidworks scaling seems to have issues or all other applications have an issue with scaling.
Something definitely sounds wrong, as SOLIDWORKS fonts should be similarly sized to other apps on your system. Could you check your Compatibility settings? Right-click on the SOLIDWORKS icon on your task bar, click Properties, and go to the Compatibility Tab. Check that it's not being run in compatibility mode and view the "Change High DPI settings" to see if something has been overridden.
If that doesn't do it, a call to your reseller is probably in order, they should be able to work you through the issue.
Also, are you running on a dual monitor setup, perhaps with a laptop and a monitor?
