How do you stop this from happening every time you open the file ---> "Instance of the following were suppressed or opened from new location when this file was opened"?????? All files are present, there are no suppressed or missing files.

I understand it should warn you, but every damn time you open the file???

I assume no one can answer as there are multiple versions of this question out there...

    That could be the problem. See if My Drawing or Assembly can't find dependent files. will help.

      That wasn't the problem. As stated above, all files present and no suppressed files...

    There you go.
    You need to re-reference the file.
    Someone might have opened the file and suppressed file when SW can't find the file.
    Expand all assembly on the tree and see if any part is suppressed.

Are you using DFS?

"Distributed File System (DFS) is not currently tested or supported for SOLIDWORKS® products, and thus not recommend in such an environment.
By not being tested we do not guarantee that our software will run with no issues; however if customer insists to use it in DFS, it should be thoroughly tested prior implementation."

  Nope... No DFS...
  
  But once i rebooted, issue was gone. Our favorite OS Win10P64 must have left some residual temp shit in the directory which vanished on reboot.
  
  Again problem vanished with a Reboot...
