Problem activating Visualize licenses at "My Solidworks Products"

we are a SOLIDWORKS Solution Partner and should be eligible to use Visualize Standard and / or Visualize Pro with our existing SOLIDWORKS licenses according to our Partner agreement. Unfortunately, in our "My Solidworks Products" at the SOLIDWORKS CustomerPortal we are not able to use our existing SOLIDWORKS licenses to activate a corresponding Visualize license:

The attached screenshot shows the current content of "My Solidworks Products". When trying to click the listed SOLIDWORKS license numbers or the small dot in front of those numbers nothing happens and we are not able to use the 'Get License' button above the list.

Who can help us with this problem?
