Hello All...

I just updated to Solidworks 2019 SP 3.0 and I am double checking my settings for our Engineering Group. When I load a part file, my Command Manager is missing. When I load a drawing or assembly file, the Command Manager is there. I toggled the Command Manager off and on, but I still have no Command Manager for my part. I even loaded the default Solidworks blank part template and no Command Manager. It is only the part file that is doing this. I have never ran into this issue before with any of the other Solidworks upgrades. Might this be a bug??? Please advise and Thank You in advance...
