SW2008 installation error on VM Ware Windows XP system

Hi,

For some reason the SolidWorks 2008 version will not sintall on a VMWare Windows XP installation. I have no issues running SolidWorks 2007.

I do not think it is the VMWare, I believe there is something else wrong.

Here's the error message I get:
