I just received a note from my VAR:

"SolidWorks Corp. has just announced an 10% increase on new licenses and subscription renewals for all network-based licenses (including SOLIDWORKS, PDM, Simulation, SW Simulation Flow, SW Plastics, SW Composer, SW Inspection, SW CAM, MBD, SW Electrical, SW PCB, and SW Visualize). This change will go into effect on August 1st."
