Why can't I save my model as an AI file in SW 2019

I have been using SW 2016 until yesterday, and have never had an issue with saving my drawings as AI files for our marketing dept for generating brochures, instruction sheets etc. I upgraded to SW 2019 yesterday and have been trying to save a drawing as an AI but keep getting an error message that says " The Add-in selected is not a valid SOLIDWORKS Add-in". I have saved the old 2016 file as a 2019 file, so I don't think that s the issue.

I have a lot of graphics to generate for an instruction sheet and have no clue how to resolve this. Anyone else have this issue, and hopefully a solution?
