I have save a part file and when I open it in another system it took long time to open the file in SolidWorks. When I connect the system with the internet then it opens quickly. I just want to know that internet is required or necessary to open the file which I have created in onother system.

This probably depends on the network speed you are using. I guess you are using shared network to open the file in another system. Otherwise internet has nothing to do with solidworks files.

I use pen drive to share the file.The system is not connected with the network.
If the file is on the pen drive then the internet should have no effect on opening times. When you do say opening is slow are you also counting SW itself loading/starting, or just the file/model.
The only times that I can think of where SW would use the internet during start up is if you are using network/online licensing for some/all products and it's slow at (or failing) to get some licenses during start up without internet. Or if you have a lot of add-ins loading at start up that use the internet to load something maybe those are slow and have an issue with no internet.
Also worth trying to copy the file from the USB to the PC and open from there, rather than opening directly from the USB if you are doing so.
