previously had a 30 day trial installed on the computer that has expired. Removed that software before the stimuls version was downloaded. to complete the instalation took 4 tries over 3 days timespan to complete. when the software is launched, the expired licence message is displayed. Any help or suggestions on how to get the software to operate would be appreciated.

Hi Don,

Make sure that you entered the new ESP serial number that you should have received in an email from SolidWorks. If this is not done, the Installation Manager may have pulled the old eval serial number out of your registry during the installation, hence the expiration message. Attach a screen shot of the error message if my suggestion does not work.

  I installed the student version last semester. When that expired, I uninstalled it then bought a new license with my textbook this semester but have the same problem as the previous poster had.
  The new license insists that it has expired, apparently accessing old information from the previous license.
  Did you ever find a solution to this problem? As the semester has already started, help would be greatly appreciated.
