How do I dimension the position of a hole (or any feature) as a diameter rather than a radius, as shown.
In a Solidworks sketch, when dimensioning between a centerline and a feature, watch where you place the dimension. If you place it near the feature, you get the small dimension to the centerline. Place it on the far side of the centerline, you get a dimension twice as big, with the centerline in the middle.
In your case, that is radius and diameter, but more generally it is simply distance to the center vs distance across the center.
Alternatively, you could use a circle for construction geometry as shown:
