Hi.

I have a problem with weldments cut list. I design a sheet metal part and then insert weldments so I can present a cut list in the drawing.

However, the properties automatically created for each weld cut list item are greyed out and cannot be changed.. even the description of the weld. to change it using the custo template I built for weldments with the property tab builder,  I must manually unlink the properties of every cut list item. 

2 questions:

1. is there a way to make it default that the cut list item properties are unlinked?

2. I'm pretty sure that there must be a way to change these properties (such as description, surface treatment, etc..) without doing this workaround?

there is a youtube video in which I think the solution is shown but the things shown there dont exist in my solidworks.
