How can I keep an exterior profile when using angled jogs?

I have a reinforcing bracket with two jogs in it with the ends made to sit flush against an interior corner. When the two jogs are set to 90deg the profile is kept and everything looks neat, however, if the jog is set to any other angle Solidworks creates tabs or cut-outs. The cut-outs don't bother me as the part would still fit, however, the tabs would intersect with the inside of the corner. I've included two photos of the jogs at 90 and 60degs. If anyone knows why this is happening or what I need to change to keep the desired profile I would greatly appreciate your help.
