I feel I am working cumbersome.

I am copying part for part and give them a new name, but when an assebly contains hundreds of parts and I want to create a new one because the product are very similar with few changes in the new one.

The "save as copy" option is used frequently, but it takes too damn long time, and since every parts have to have a unique name even though it`s identical. It still needs to be identified through the different assemblies.
