I'm running SW2019, SP3 with PDM Standard.

I find that, no matter how often I set my Default Templates to the correct files in the PDM Vault:

whenever I click to create a new part, the software decides it knows best and re-creates the out-of-the-box defaults:

so, when I click to create a new part, I see the following options:

I know that I can select the one I want to use from the list, but I don't want my users (or me) to have to make a judgement (except for which drawing template to use), so I don't want this to keep changing back to factory defaults. I don't want to see Part, Assembly or Drawing in the list.

It does seem odd that the newly-created ones have a file size shown, but the ones I want do not. It may or may not be significant.

Is this a bug, or am I doing something wrong?

Does it work OK for everyone else who is using SW2019, SP3?
