i got questions about windows user rights on PCs  for "normal" working environment.

Is there a list or something in that way from SW that i can send to my IT ?

Has someone experience or information about User rights on PCs that would be helpful?

We got lot SW and windows explorer crashes and ned, we need to check our rights but have no idea what is important and what not, and we can not get local admin rights.

The version now is SW 2017 SP5 and we go next week on SW 2019 SP3
