The weld symbols pop up box is not appearing when I select weld symbol from the annotation tab or when I select an existing weld symbol to edit. All that I see is the attached image and can only insert blank weld symbols.

I used to get the pop up box automatically when I would place a new weld symbol or edit an existing weld symbol, but now it is not. Was a setting changed that I need to edit?
