Is there a way to check accuracy of a nonlinear static simulation similar to the h-adaptive method for linear studies?

I've looked around on the forum and contacted my VAR, and the only thing that I have ended up with is running the study, manually recording some data, changing the mesh size, and see if the values stay the same (if the model becomes mesh-independent). I was wondering if there is some method for nonlinear studies similar to the p- or h-adaptive methods to check the accuracy of the study automatically?

I am doing a study of a custom hyperelastic (Mooney Rivlin) material with stress-stretch ratio data input for the material properties if it matters.
