When I download a part from McMaster-Carr, sometimes it shows up with text annotations in an assembly, like below, and I cannot figure out how to get rid of them.

shoulder bolt in assembly, with the offending notes

I've been able to delete them in the assembly by clicking each piece of text and deleting it, but if I reuse the part they'll show up again, and sometimes have reappeared when the assembly itself gets used elsewhere. One of my coworkers just found a part where he was unable to click the text at all.

I figure they've got to be stored in the part file somewhere, but I can't find them. Turning off part level annotations in the assembly hides them, but I can't find anything in the annotations folder to delete or suppress. Yes, I could just hide the view, but just like MMC hides their sins by turning off sketch viewing so their unhidden sketches don't show, I'd rather find and treat the root cause than just deal with the symptoms.

So, if anyone can figure out how to find and delete these annotations, I would appreciate it. Part and assembly files are attached.
