I am currently trying to do a wing profile based on different cross/sections with different wing shapes.
The lofting works, but once I try to use the guide curves for it (upper view), an error message appears.
Does anybody have an idea of how could I do the loft following the guide curve?

Your profiles have too many sections of geometry to them, this slowed my PC down to an unusable level taking 5 or 6 minutes for every change. I simplified them with the Fit Spline command first of all. Then your guide curves (I created new sketches for them) need to have a Pierce relation with each of the profiles, then it will work OK....although it's not very smooth for a wing.
Why don't you use boundary feature with more controls ?

Thank you for the steps to correctly do the loft. Now I am trying to do a twist in each profile and linking them together with the guide curve ( first and second profile with 3 degrees, third fourth and fifth with 4 degrees, sixth horizontal and seventh 3 degrees).
Is there any way that I can pass my guide curve from the horizontal plane to an inclined one where it can intersect all wing profiles?
Attached is my first attempt with all profiles horizontal and the new drawing with the twist.

You can add a 3D sketch and add a sketch point to each sketch. Now you will have to select one plain and one sketch point and make it relate "On Plane", then you need to select a Sketch and a Point and relate them Coincident, now you may have to add another relation, like center of the sketch etc..
Once you add the points I would close the sketch and open another 3D sketch and draw a spline line from point to point, and use that spline line as your guide curve..
