I have item numbers on a assembly drawing. I also have some notes, where I have stated the item numbers. Is there a way to link these 2, so that if the item numbers change in the assembly, the number also get updated in the notes. Please see image below. Thanks in advance.

While editing the Note text, click on a Balloon to add it to the Note, and it will be parametric.

If you don't want the balloon itself, just the number, you can edit the note and use the Link to Table Cell button and then select the cell of the BOM that has the item number you want linked.

I'm not sure if you can add item numbers to notes, but I use the Part Number in notes, works great.
