Is there any way to draw a note leader horizontal/vertical .
For example i want to show " view A " in drawing view and i want a horizontal view leader(like when we tap F8 in Autocad ).
No, I don't believe so.
A leader in SOLIDWORKS isn't a separate entity as it is in AutoCAD.
An AutoCAD leader can be exploded back to a line and a solid triangle that was the arrowhead.
Therefore, the AutoCAD leader is a line underneath, so it will also act like an AutoCAD line.
AutoCAD is basically 2D drafting, while SOLIDWORKS is 3D modelling.
If you create drawings in each, they appear similar, but these two programs don't compare to each other.
I'm not saying one program is bad and the other is good. What I'm saying is that although these two appear similar, they are two distinct and (mostly) unrelated programs.
If you have some experience with AutoCAD, it may be best to disregard a lot of what you've learned.
This may save you from some struggles as you learn SOLIDWORKS.
On the SOLIDWORKS Help menu, select Tutorials and run through this tutorial to help see the differences:
If you choose the "Multi-Jog Leader", then when you are dragging the arrow head, it will snap horizontal and vertical. However, if you have the arrow attached to something (like an edge of your part) and you drag the note text, then it is impossible to snap horizontal/vertical.
So, yes, it is possible....however, it doesn't work the way I/we would like to see it.
