Hello colleagues! It happens that the Solidworks buttons do not respond to a mouse   click the first time, only the second or third time.   

This greatly slows performance. For example, to activate the Smart Dimension tool in   the panel sketch I need to click on the button up to 10 times!     

Waiting does not help the problem.   I'm alone here? 

Why it happens? What can it depend on? Any ideas on what is causing this?
