I have purchased a new DELL Precision 7820 Tower with a NVIDIA Quadro P2000 5GB graphic card.
When I check solidworks for the latest certified driver, I receive two results.
Which one should I install?

I always pick the newer one (430.64) in those instances. I think if you go through SolidWorks Rx and hit the "get driver" button it also pulls the newer one.
Personally I've always just installed the newer driver. I've seen others say they install the older driver than install the newer driver straight after but personally I don't see a benefit to doing that.

I'll conditionally agree with the prior posts of picking the latter of the two.
But first, I'd go to NVIDIA and see how old or new 430.64 is and verify it isn't a beta version.
I don't know how Rx does its picks for recommendations and that it offers two, makes me wonder.

Usually I pick the wrong one first and fix later.
With Nvidia I've had better luck getting latest from their web site.
the latest is the best one. make sure you change the base profile to workstation dynamic.
