Feature controlled by more than one variable

is there a way to make a feature dependant on two different conditions? I know how the baseline "if" equation works; but is there a way to make an equation or a design table statement like "if A=x and B=y, then C=z"?

I need to build a scaling model that is being complicated by me having to use pre-made components from the company's database, and they come with fixed dimensions; as such I can't make those components to simply scale with the rest of the structure, so it comes down to suppressing and unsuppressing components as needed.

I've considered combining variables into one, such as "if A/B=x, then..." etc., but that tends to bring forth other issues.
