I have four versions in my system (2016, 17, 18 and 19). When I open other than SWX 2019 I get this message. How to fix it?
Did you run system diagnostics?
What were the recommendations?
What does the system diagnostics tell you is wrong?
Even though it says "click here......" but this is not active.

A temporary solution is provided in this video.
How to temporarily stop "SolidWorks Resource Monitor" warning message
You can run the individual SOLIDWORKS Rx application for each version from Windows Start menu. In SOLIDWORKS Rx, go to the Diagnostics tab to find any issues for the specific version.
My guess is that you have installed newer graphics drivers for the SOLIDWORKS 2019 version. The older versions have never been tested for the newer driver because those SOLIDWORKS versions were created before the newer driver ever existed. So, there is no way to know whether those older versions are compatible with the newer driver and therefore, diagnostics will likely say the driver has not been tested with the version (or something similar). Unfortunately, since the time machine has not yet been invented, there is no way to go back in time to modify those earlier releases to test them with the newer drivers or even modify the code of those earlier versions to change the messaging based on a newer version of a driver.
So, if this is in fact what diagnostics is telling you, you have two choices:
I would recommend the 2nd approach since the 1st approach takes a lot of work and likely doesn't have much benefit other than getting rid of the warning message.
same here at my site. Every time i switch between the installed versions, the RX "Helper" pops up with it's warning. No matter if there are issues or not. It's just triggered by the start of the other (older/newer doesn't matter) version of SWX. It's a little bit annoying… and unnecessary...
How to confirm that I have latest driver. Because it shows different number and in diagnostics report it is not check marked. Even though latest driver is installed.
