"Error: SWlicservinst.exe returned 1603, continuuing...."

I get the above error when trying to install PV360 that I have downloaded with my sw2009 sp3 update.

SW2009 sp3.0 seems to have loaded oK from sp2.1

Anyone with any Ideas as to the problem?

Try running control panel>add/remove programs>SW2009 SP3>change

this will register your SW and PV license. See if that does the trick.

  I've done as you suggested, but as the SW intallation manager gets to 7% of installing pv360 sp3 - it gives the same error as above and then skips to about 70% intalled and quickly finishes. When I look for the directory it is meant to be installing to - C:\Program Files (x86)\SolidWorks Corp\PhotoView 360 - this folder has not been created and nothing is installed.
  
  However with a bit of jiggery pockery I seem to have a newer version of photoview running - given its file date 20/2/2009 - while the old one was some time in 2008. However I think what has me confused is the new PhotoView still says its a pre-release version and it looks no different - I thought there were a few more new features and Photoview was now a released bit of software.

    PV's most current version is SP3 and it is being updated with every SP of SW. SW 2009 SP0 - PV360 was prelease, but since SP1 it is in release.
    
    To verify that you have the latest PV version, launch it and open the setting panel. You should have a new option to be able to set the camera focal length.
