I want to build these 4 sided panels which have a base that does not have 90 degree corners. The base is irregular. I need a flange on each edge but, one is a 135 degree bend. The other three are 90 degree bends. What is the best way to do this? When I do this I get a really messed up corner detail in the flat. I need to do this about 40 times for this one assembly.
Thanks for the reply Kevin but, I should clarify that the 135 degree bend should be an acute angle. Sorry, talking to our brake operator is backwards sometimes.
I've attached a little sample file to show the bends and their corners. What is happening in my original model is that the flat pattern has self intersecting lines. The flanges are self intersecting in the model and I can't find an easy way to close the corners properly.

Rule of Thumb - you need a different Edge Flange for every Flange that has a different bend angle/degree

That typed, is this what you're looking to do?
The top/left, upper/right and lower/right flanges are 90°.
The other is 135°.
All flanges are the same height up from the base.
