Disapearing values after searching

We use datacards to store product specific data in PDM. This data can be used later for plenty applications like dataheets, sales, service engineers, etc.

After a search query, the datacard information will be exported to an Excel file, to make them readable.

I made a search card to make it easily find variable values. This searchcard is almost a 1 to 1 copy of the datacard,

Now my problem is that when I search for a specific variable, the Description (GEN_Description) and Variant Name (Description2) will be empty in the search results.

Another thing is that when I combine some search values, the file can't be found any longer. This also happens when the variable 'OrTalk Interface is set to 'TBD' and type the Variant Name '-63B' at the 'General tab'. 

Can anyone explain what is going wrong here?
