Our office just upgraded from SW 2017 to 2019. Today we discovered a strange new behavior that started either in 2018 or 2019. In 2017, you used to be able to move face curves after creating them - either by changing percentage values or by clicking on them dragging them along the surface. When surface modeling, you often have to overbuild the surface and then trim it back to get rid of the weird curvature behavior at the unconstrained end. Face curves are the best tool for that and the fact that you used to be able to shift them was why they were the best tool. Now, it appears that you can no longer move them and would instead have to recreate another curve and use replace command to replace it.
I suppose i can use the offset curve command instead but it seems to be slower and more cumbersome and fails on some surfaces.
Anyone have any ideas? Am i missing something? Not used to SW removing important functionality in the updates...
