I am having a problem with sweep feature, it is like sweep at 1% slope spiral down one step, but the rectangular cross section is twisting weirdly outward. Attached hereby are the model and the pictures of the model.
I want the cross section to remain straight as it is at the start of the sweep feature until it ends. Can anyone help me out in that? Or know a way to do what I want to do and how to do it?
The .sldprt file is SW2018 version file.
Edit: My answer is incorrect.
In the Sweep feature under Options there is a selection box for Profile Orientation. Try selecting "Keep Normal Constant".
Based on the images,
create your end section as a standard extrude and then loft between the two with normal/tangency to profile conditions & your sweep path as a guide.

Hey, I see yu have done it just the way I wanted it to. The part file that you sent is of SW 2019 version, can you perhaps send me the file of SW 2018 version? Or if you cant, then just guide me how did you do it? Looking at the model tree I can see you have used helix/spiral command to do the task, kindly guide me how did you use it here?

Your problem is in the transition of elevation that's happening in the curves
Basically, the superelevation is happening to keep the profile perpendicular to the path.
You can use the Direction Vector setting and a top plane to keep the profile from rotating but then you get some tight curvature in the inside of the turns
the tight radius of curvature is keeping you from generating a solid sweep. You should figure out how you want to handle the transition in this region.
