Can you post the file, or another file showing similar behavior if that one is proprietary? See How can I attach a file to a forum post? if you aren't familiar with the process.
I believe the problem is with your first Trim/Extend function, unless you want to notch the outside channel around the angle?
I suppressed that feature, and added two more; one to trim the channel at the corner, and another one to trim the angle at the junction with the channel (and I selected Faces for the trim boundary in both cases, but that probably doesn't matter).
