I installed SP3.0 yesterday with no apparent problems. As usual a reboot was required and Windows did an update. I suspect it is the update that caused this problem but do not know for sure. I cannot run the Rx, only getting this error screen:
After clicking the OK button then the Rx screen is there for a couple of seconds then closes so I cannot run the Rx.
I did run a repair of the SP3.0 installation, but the results are the same. I also sent this to my VAR late yesterday, but have not heard back yet.
Does anyone have any suggestions?
