Hey all,

We did make the leap into 2019 a few weeks ago. I have been struggling for a couple weeks through my VAR and SW, trying to resolve one issue since the upgrade, to no avail.

If I try to export/import toolbox configuration spreadsheets, it goes through all of the motions and displays no errors, yet the files to not save out, and if you try to import one I had previously saved out, it does nothing. No error; nothing to indicate it is not working; the data simply doesn't update.

Things we've tried:

Sent Rx Files in.

Me signing in on a co-worker's machine (running Professional) it works correctly, but I'm the admin.

Signing in as another user on my machine (running Premium), does not work.

Move toolbox to local drive vs. network, does not work.

Disable Excel add-ins, doesn't work.

Verified latest updates on Windows 10, no change.

Change Excel setting for "Optimize for Compatibility", no change.

Clean uninstall, removed 2018 and 2019, cleaned up all directories and regedit, per SW.

Clean install of 2019, no change.

They are now requesting Uninstall and reinstall all C++ then repairing .NET application.

My IT manager feels they are grasping at straws at this point and asked me to reach out here to see if any of you have experienced this or have any ideas before we delve into that.

What say you experts? Has anyone experienced this or anything possibly similar enough to be of relevance?

Any ideas?
