Task add-in unsupported when using current copy from install...how do I fix this?

Hi all, I am trying to customize the standard convert task from PDM professional 2018, the problem is I get this error anytime I try to use it, even when going through the steps of reloading task add-in from the PDM default data. Any ideas on how to fix this? We will be upgrading soon to 2019 and I would assume it will be a none issue, but I would really like to know how to address this issue.
