I wonder whether it is possible to select quadrant point on circle to make, for example, coincident relation with another point in sketch. I can dimension to quadrant point (with shift) I can snap to it when sketching (line for instance), but if I have unconstrained circle that I would like to eventually position somewhere aligned by quadrant point I cannot do it without extra construction line.

Am I missing something or this is simply not possible? When I hover over the circle I cannot see quadrant point, only center. When sketching however they do appear as expected. ...those old autocad habits.
