Is there a way to make a note or text box in a SolidWorks drawing where the size of the text box is fixed, and the text inside it will automatically add line breaks and increase/decrease in font size to fit the text box?

At least as of SolidWorks 2017, SolidWorks has no such functionality.
Apologies that this is a repeat of this Re: Automatically re-size text in title block question. But its correct answer at the bottom of the page hasn't been marked as correct, the original posted hasn't logged on in 4 years, and per this discussion Mark as correct? Whodonunit - or didn't? that basically makes that correct answer lost to those who don't read the entire post...

The OP last logged in back in 2015 - not sure if this person is still around ???
