SolidWorks Visualize Professional 2019 Trial

Good Morning,

I had several rendering pending in my queue yesterday and they each stated "Failed". I used the following presets:

Render Device: Hybrid

Render Mode: Quality

Pass Count: 300

Image Complexity: Difficult

* Could the image complexity have anything to do with the failure? and how can I change my image complexity to "Moderate"? would this be the fix?

I also checked my PC specifications and they exceed the minimum requirements for this software. I appreciate any advice or suggestions that you can provide me?

Does it fail when you start the render manually, instead of using the queue?

Are you sure that the Trial version includes render queue, and the ability to render own models?

Hello Frederik,

Thank you for your response. Yes, in answer to your question, the trial version of SolidWorks Visualize Pro 2019 includes the queue feature. The error comes when the queue starts to render. I will try and see if I can work it manually, however, I'm sure you know the benefit of the queue allows you to continue working with further renderings. One of the biggest selling points for us, is having the independent queue system.
