I have part that I need to insert a company logo onto so I can send it out for laser etching. I have the logo sketch as dxf and made a sldprt sketch from the dxf. The dxf however is way to large for the part. I am working with files created from previous people. I'm sure its simple but I'm not figuring it out. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Import the DXF into SW as a 2D sketch.
Select all and copy all of the sketch's bits.
Select the face and paste in the copied bits.
Relations and such aren't copied, so they'll need to be recreated.
Another method is to select the face and Ctrl select the new sketch.
Then select Insert>Derived sketch.

I'm sure you have tried this ... but just in case you are not aware, you could edit the sketch, select all the entities and scale?
Select the sketch and choose Edit Sketch
Then Select All and right click in the window and choose Scale Entities. You will probably have to use the "Down" arrow at the bottom of the menu to get to it.
If there are lots of entities (like thousands) this could be very slow.
