Parrent child function not shown

I dont know if I'm using the correct term. But I think its called the parrent child reference.

In one of my parts it is not shown as it usually does. All the features and sketches are shown apart. (instead of put underneath an arrow)

Is there a way to fix it? In the picture below the left side is shown the way I don't want it to work. And the right side is how it works on all my other parts.
