Know nothing about it .
EDITED BY MODERATOR: Moved to Simulation space. Please post in the appropriate space if there is one. About the Forums is only for posting about the SOLIDWORKS forum platform itself.
Youtube is a good start
Maybe your VAR has some courses you can attend..
at first you can check the toturials inside SOLIDWORKS:
Help>SOLIDWORKS Toturials>Go to SOLIDWORKS Simulation Toturials
check this too:
2019 SOLIDWORKS Help - Simulation
Good video training:

This blog explains what it is and includes a recorded webinar that explains Simulation.
Introduction to FEA | How to Use SOLIDWORKS Simulation
Before running simulation, you need to have a strong understanding of stress analysis, mechanics of materials, statics, dynamics, and several other engineering disciplines otherwise you will be more of a "hack" than a proper user.
For instance, if you run a buckling simulation on non-Euler columns, you will get a false result and your structure will fail killing many people.
If you have never heard the term Von Mises, run the other way.
