This part is visible to the customer, surface finish is important. and the part is 1mx0.8m. long welding mark on the corners may affect the aesthetics. I am using SS 304 No.4 grade material and it's having a hairline finish. can you suggest me to solve the above problems? The Flat portion is more visible to the customer. more welding in the pocket area is acceptable. and I would like to minimize material wastage. Presently I am making it as 2 parts and screwed each other. But it is time-consuming. Please suggest.
I agree that if the top face needs to be client facing, then your best bet would be to make this out of two pieces and either weld them together which would require some finishing on the top surface after welding due to the thickness of the material, or use a blind stud PEM fastener on the top plate and slots/holes on return flanges on the bottom box with nuts to connect them together. Partially this depends on what this part is going to be used for.
Beyond the above suggestions would be to stamp/draw this part out, but that would be fairly costly due to the tooling required.

I understood. I have attached the box part. can you please send me the sheet metal part for manufacturing? I will try at my workshop. inner radius I follow 2.51mm.
You'll also need to designate which corners get an inner radius an what the max radius will be.
The current sharp corners (R=0) are not possible (unless you combine 5 plates).
To help locate the box to the plate, either invest in fixturing or add tab/slots to the box and face plate.
Depending on your SW version, if you create these as a multibody part, then you can use the tab/slot feature to create them.
As an aside, you can shell through the plate (Extrude2) and it doesn't need the cutout portion of its sketch:
