Hi guys,

so i have posted this before but I have learned a lot in the past few days about hinges and how to make it work in solidworks.

I am now at a point where I am not sure if this will have interference issues or not. In theory It is only one are of potential interference. (the design does not have to be perfect or silky smooth just has to work for service)

below is a picture of my enclosure. The "RED" arrow points to where the piano hinge is attached to the black base and the Green enclosure so it lifts up like a hood of a car.

The the "BLACK" arrow shows the direction the long side of the enclosure will be lifting up to.

The "BLUE" arrow shows the front panel which is the only panel that is NOT attached to the overall green enclosure. That panel should be left behind via bolted to base when the rest of enclosure lifts up.

I just feel there will be heavy interference in these 2 panels or will it work? Any advice on the design side?

Thank you so much
