Anyone know if I am missing a step in E-Drawings? I currently have SolidWorks 2019 and created a drawing and published to E-drawings. I open E-drawings Pro App on ipad and its shows the thumbnail preview but when you tap on it, it pulls up a blank screen?
eDrawings for Apple/Android used to not support 2019 files. It looks like there is a new update that adds support for 2019 files, can you make sure you are running the latest version?
If you are and it still does not work, then you will have to contact your VAR and get it submitted.
