Hello Everybody, the online API HELP states that:
- If you install a version of Microsoft Visual Studio that is later than 2015, you must ensure that a runtime version of Microsoft Visual Studio 2015 is also installed.
I cannot understand if the so called "runtime version" is actually a fully installation of Visual Studio 2015 or is some other program that let use VSTA from Visual Studio 2017
Let me say that, as long as i did not installed Visual Studio 2015 along with 2017 (previously installed) i was not able to work with VSTA (not possible to save c# projects when register a new macro in solidworks) and as well still i cannot import the generated project into Visual Studio 2017.
So...i would like to clarify if there is any clean opportunity to work with VS2017 or actually if only 2015 can does the work.
