Extension line gaps for centerlines when dimensioning to the far hole?

Does anyone know of a setting that creates a gap in an extension line when you dimension to a far hole in SolidWorks? If you dimension to the near hole, you are required to label your dimension "2X", or however many features you have in your row. If you grab the far hole, and your extension line stitches the features together, they are both considered dimensioned, without the extra effort. Inventor always gapped the extension line when it crossed the second hole's centerline.
