Hey Folks,
I am running an internal flow of some extrusion die plates. I have successfully lidded up the model and added flow conditions. Check Geometry passes and shows a seemingly correct fluid volume. When meshing, however, it returns a Fluid Cell count at (or near in some tries) zero. Any ideas? I can upload the assembly if necessary. I feel like I have something simple switched off, but can't seem to flesh it out.

I have looked at your model and get the message that it is not watertight. So there seem to be some gaps between the parts of the die. Is the geometry imported? I have seen it before with an imported model of a ballbearing.
Thank you Janko for looking in to this. The geometry is not imported. How did you receive the "not waterrtight" message as I am not getting this. Other than Geometry Check and Leak Detection how can I force it to look for error? By the way, I am using SW 2017.

I have tried it in 2019 SP2 and there I got the message that it's not watertight.

I have managed to generate a fluid mesh. I took the extra step of "Creating Fluid Body Assembly" when using geometry check. It creates another SW part of the fluid. I then ran "Import diagnostics" on the fluid part and it returned 4 faces that were unable to be healed. I massaged the sketches, which changed the lofts and now I can get fluid mesh.

Thank you for looking into this. I managed to translate the picture and the item you specify is "Improve Geometry Processing" I can not find that item, nor does the menu look the same as me. So that leads me to believe you may be running a newer version than I. I am running SW 2017. Can you confirm that? If yes, any other ideas? I will be upgrading to SW 2019 in a month or so, but unfortunately not yet.
